Click on User Invite & Training

From the dashboard, open the User Invite & Training section in the left-hand navigation.

Click on Invite Employee

Click the Invite Employee button to open the invitation form.

Enter the employee's name

In the empty field, enter your employee's full name.

Enter employee name

Enter the employee's email address

Type their email address in the email field.

Click Send Invitation

Click Send Invitation to deliver the invite to the employee's inbox.

Confirm the pending invite

You will see the pending invite towards the bottom of the screen.

Click View Details to assign training

To assign specific training to specific users, click View Details on the employee row.

Click Assign Training

Open the training assignment panel.

Click Assign Training

Select training modules

Check the modules to assign. Available modules include Policy Review, HIPAA 101, and Cybersecurity Awareness.

Click Assign Training to confirm

Click Assign Training to finalize the assignment. The employee will see these modules in their training hub.
