Click Dashboard to go back to the assessment launch screen.
Assessment Rule
Only answer Yes when you are fully confident you can provide evidence for that control. A truthful No is expected and helps shape the actual compliance plan.

Open the Security Risk Assessment
Click the Security Risk Assessment tile on the dashboard.

Use evidence-based answers
The assessment should reflect reality. If you are not certain you can prove the control exists, answer No.

Example: prior SRA question
If you are unsure whether an SRA was completed within the last year, answer No.

Example: Privacy Officer question
If you know the Privacy Officer, answer Yes and add a short note in the text field, such as “Privacy Officer is named Mike Smith.”

Complete the assessment
When the final question is answered, click Complete Assessment.

Confirm capture
This confirmation screen indicates the Security Risk Assessment was captured.

Export your results
Use Export Markdown to download a Markdown file or Export CSV to download a spreadsheet.
