Before You Start
Sign in at portal.oneguyconsulting.com. After your first login, go straight to Settings and complete the Privacy Officer and Organization fields. Those values are currently required for progress to save correctly.
Sign in with your email address
Enter your email address in the login form.
Enter your password
Click the password field and enter your password.
Sign in to the dashboard
Click Sign In after entering your credentials.
Open Settings from the dashboard
After sign-in, use the left-hand navigation. Click Settings to begin the required profile setup.
Fix the save issue first
There is a known bug: if Company Name and Privacy Officer are left incomplete, your progress will not save.
Assign the Privacy Officer
Enter the first and last name of the person responsible for HIPAA compliance, then add their email address.
Save the Privacy Officer record
Phone number is optional. When the required fields are filled, click Save Privacy Officer.
Add the Privacy Officer signature
Draw a signature for use on policy documents and BAAs. If you prefer, switch to the typed signature option instead.
Save the organization name
Enter your organization name, then click Save Organization. At that point, you are set up and future work will save correctly.
